At Dynamic Self Defence we teach the dynamic martial art of Hapkido which is a Korean martial art that uses mental focus and discipline.
Hapkido training develop both body and mind.
The principles and application of Hapkido make it a complete system of self-defence available because anyone can use it regardless of age, size, gender or fitness.
At Dynamic Self Defence we have classes for everyone:
- The Hawks program is designed for 3 to 8 year-olds and the Falcons Program for 9 to 12 year-olds.
- We also have a separate Adults program 13+.
Hapkido is a unique Martial Art because it integrates hand strikes, kicks, locking, throwing, weapons and internal development through:
- meditation
- breathing and
- internal energy)
Hapkido’s diverse range of techniques is predominantly for self-defence.
