At Dynamic Self Defence we teach the dynamic martial art of Hapkido which is a Korean martial art that uses mental focus and discipline. Hapkido is considered the first style of mixed martial arts for self-defence.

Hapkido is a unique Martial Art – it integrates hand strikes, kicks, locking, throwing, weapons and internal development (meditation, breathing and internal energy). Hapkido’s diverse range of techniques is predominantly designed to be used for self-defence.

CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
Kwan Jung Nim Tina is the Head Instructor at Dynamic Self Defence.
Ma’am Tina is a Certified 5th Degree Black Belt in Hapkido and a Certified Hapkido Instructor through the International Hapkido Alliance (IHA) and the Australian Hapkido Group (AHG).
Ma’am Tina has over 21 years of Hapkido experience and successfully completed the IHA Instructor Program in 2005.
